MEET THE INSTRUCTORS!

Kristin *Manjula* Hilt

Kristin has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2012. Trained through the Mount Madonna Center, her classes are rooted in personal awareness and mindful actions. She offers a range of styles from power to restorative as well as sound healing, meditation, and philosophy. She’s also a practicing Thai Bodywork therapist and that background informs her classes with anatomy and healing. When not getting her stretch on, she’s chasing her toddler, gardening, or cooking something fresh in the kitchen.

 

Micaela Miller

Micaela is a very talented MATC trained massage therapist, dedicated yogi, actor, baker, wife, and cat mom to Tibs. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice in Austin, Texas. Since a young age, yoga has helped her with many physical and mental struggles including stress and anxiety and eventually led her into the world of holistic wellness. She brings an active yet grounded energy to her flow style classes. You can expect a balanced practice with mindful warm up, physical challenge, and relaxing cool down with respect to different body types and experience levels. When she’s not yoga-ing, you might find her sipping tea, slinging scones at Mocha Moment, or on stage at JPAC.

Caroline Allen

Caroline is passionate about both massage therapy and personal training. She is NASM certified in both and experienced in spa and clinical settings. Brought to fitness through her experience in the Army, her approach is technical and considers functional movement as well as building tone and strength. In addition to helping people, she takes joy in working on cars, with horses, and being a mother and wife.

 

 

Miranda Maloney

Miranda is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, educator, yogi, theatre teacher, musician, fire dancer, wife, and mother. Her formal training began in 2011 with Ayurveda and continued to Yoga in 2018 where she studied in Rishikesh, India. She has a genuine interest in hearing individuals stories, healing the root cause of ailments, and working with children as well as adults. She brings a calm, welcoming, and creative energy to her classes. You can expect a relaxing, introspective, and well informed approach to her teaching. When Miranda is not spreading yogic wisdom, she can be found strumming her guitar, spinning a hula hoop, and being a mindful Mommy to her two children.

 

Amie Bier

Amie started her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 through the Healing Alchemy course at Ayurveda Yoga Academy in Daegu, South Korea.  It is a 7 month program designed to help students dive deeper into the world of yoga and healing arts.  Taking classic texts and principles, studying the meaning of yoga, the way to practice yoga, and the way to take these classic concepts and apply them to our modern lives.

After graduating from the course in 2015 she applied for the Continuing Education course and began teaching group classes at the studio under the guidance and support of her teachers.  She continued teaching classes there until June 2021!  For the past 6 years She has repeatedly participated in the Continuing Education course to keep deepening her understanding of herself, her happiness and how to keep using yoga in her daily life.

 

 

Anne Morgan

Anne discovered yoga almost thirty years ago. In the beginning, she practiced yoga for the stretch and to enhance her running. Over time, yoga revealed the qualities of peace, contemplation, meditation, and, most of all, acceptance. She has been an instructor for six years and loves to share her love for the practice with others.
